Did anybody watch American Idol tonight? I don't normally blather on about this kind of stuff, but Adam Lambert was absolutely amazing. His rendition of Tears for Fears' Mad World was so cool that I actually watched it several times. Thank goodness for TiVo.
I may even have to buy that recording from iTunes.
Your thoughts? And yes, you can bag on me for watching American Idol.

some of my best friends watch american idol :)
i dont watch australian idol
do you watch "the wire"?
Kylie, you have good friends.
I have never seen "The Wire". I actually don't watch much television (other than a few vice shows). I worry that I will be hooked on these excellent shows and never leave the couch.
I just got here from your "new" profile. I love it! What a hoot. You're moving in the right direction, Sir!
About American Idol. I've watched in the past, but this year, no. No time, so have no idea who Adam is, but will research when I can find a few extra free freakin' minutes. Well, I guess I could have used these. Go cry on Robyn's shoulder. She voted for you over me. You realize that, don't you!!! What sort of hold do you have on her? That freakin' Williman Shatner book? *Suzy walks away with head held low. Searchin' for lobster socks with coal miners lamp.*
;)
WHo is this Adam? Hmmm...I might have to check him out or buy his CD.
yeah. so, i've never actually sat down and watched american idol. that's right: never. as in: not once.
i'm visiting my parents in bellingham this weekend and last night, my dad pulls up adam's past few performances has me watch on the computer (so technically, i can still maintain that i've *never* watched american idol).
and: whoa. dude, that guy can perform.
he's going to be one of those people who, even if he doesn't win (which let's face it, he needs to) is looking at a lucrative career in the performance biz.
go, adam!!
What the hell's she doing here? You know she's here to just bug me! Look at her. All cute and stuff. Get. Scidaddle.
I don't watch it, but I mentioned the name to my sister and got a looooong lecture about him! :)
Hey baby, do you realize it's Robyn's BD. You have approximately 55 minutes to make a difference.
Did you see the newest sensation, Susan Boyle? She'll knock your CSI socks off. Good luck with that!
XO Me
Yes, of course I'm back. Kylie just revealed she voted for you to win the lobster socks. What a bitch. What sort of hold do you have over women mister? Okay, you're a CSI, you're kinda pretty, kinda sexy and you're smart. Get outta my face. *Rolls eyes in head.* What? Leave me alone.
I don't watch it, but there is a guy on there that I keep hearing about. Kris Allen. He's everybody's hero around here. Not my house, just Arkansas in general. I suppose we have to be excited about something. He is from the same town that my husband works in.
I just heard that you are an amazing person. Is this true?..
Outside of this area Cher is the only blogger I have met. I went to her birthday party last year and camped in her backyard for three days.
And she came over here and shared a camping trip with me for two days that I of course posted about back then.
I can assure you that she is in fact an amazing person and we really enjoyed each other, it was a beautiful experience, at the time.
Other than that, she is just really screwed up. But take my word for it, she is damn good looking while being so, and a lot of fun on some levels.
I really miss not having a relationship with her, but I tested her thinker too much.
I hope that she and hubby and the boys are doing well.
